My stay at The Setai Tel Aviv was really good, with stunning public spaces and a gorgeous location in Jaffa. The breakfast spread was notably impressive, and my corner room offered amazing views over the Mediterranean. However, I encountered some service inconsistencies that slightly marred the experience.

Rooms

The corner room was beautifully designed with amazing panoramic views over the Med, Jaffa, and the Tel Aviv coastline. The bed was one of the best I've ever slept in, which ensured a great night's sleep.
Service
8.0
While Alex and some staff were attentive and made sure I was well taken care of, I did experience occasional lapses in service, particularly when it came to requests that went unresolved.
Location

The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Jaffa, making it easy to explore both the historic and modern aspects of the city. The beach is just steps away, which was a huge plus for me.
Dining

The breakfast was a highlight, with one of the most impressively presented spreads I've seen in any hotel. However, I did find some of the food quality and service at dinner below expectations for a hotel of this caliber.
Facilities

The pool and common areas were beautifully maintained, and the relaxing atmosphere contributed to my overall enjoyment of the hotel. However, I felt that the spa offerings were somewhat limited.

My stay at The Setai Tel Aviv was quite mixed. I loved the beautifully designed hotel and its really good service, but the location, while stunning, had some drawbacks for accessing central Tel Aviv. The dining options were fantastic, especially the breakfast, although I found my room smaller than expected despite the upgrade.

Rooms

The Deluxe Room City View was lovely but smaller than I anticipated, even with an upgrade. It had a small balcony that offered great views; however, I wonder how large the standard rooms are.
Service

The staff was consistently helpful and friendly, from the doormen to the cleaning crew. They made my experience more enjoyable and attentive.
Location

The hotel is ideally situated in Jaffa's Clock Square, near the beach and various attractions like the flea market. However, getting to central Tel Aviv can be tricky due to traffic.

The breakfast buffet was very nice, filled with a variety of delicious options. The ambiance in the dining area, especially with the courtyards, made meals enjoyable.
Facilities

The hotel has excellent amenities, including a nice pool area and various services such as room service and laundry. Despite these positives, I did notice issues with some room doors that didn't close properly.

I found The Setai Tel Aviv to be a beautiful oasis near the bustling old city of Jaffa with a fantastic beachside location. While my room was well-appointed and the staff offered friendly service, there were a few inconsistencies with the attentiveness, especially during breakfast. Overall, it was a nice stay, but there's room for improvement.

Rooms

My room was incredibly comfortable with a lovely bathroom featuring a rainforest shower. However, it seemed a bit dated and could use some updating.
Service

The staff were generally warm and welcoming, with standouts like Ziad and Joseph providing excellent service. But there were moments when it felt challenging to find someone for assistance, particularly at breakfast.
Location
10.0
The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach and the historic old city of Jaffa. It offered a tranquil escape while still being in the heart of the action.
Dining

Breakfast had a great variety and was delicious, but I found the evening dining options limited since the restaurant was closed. Luckily, there were plenty of choices nearby.
Facilities

The pool area was inviting, and the spa was a great place to unwind, although the meeting rooms felt a bit dreary compared to the overall vibe of the hotel.

My stay at The Setai Tel Aviv was quite a mixed bag. The location near the beach in Yafo was fantastic, as I enjoyed easy access to both the sands and local eateries. The room was clean and offered a beautiful view, but I encountered a few service issues that left me a bit frustrated. Overall, the experience was enjoyable due to the atmosphere and service, but there were definitely areas for improvement.

I had a lovely room with a decent ocean view, and the huge bed was exceptionally comfortable. However, the bathroom had some issues with the shower door leaking, which was a bit inconvenient.

While some staff members were very friendly and accommodating, others seemed disengaged, and I experienced inconsistent service, which was disappointing.

The location is a real highlight, perfectly situated close to the beach and interesting shops, making it easy to explore Tel Aviv's vibrant life.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, although I felt the selection could use a bit more diversity. The dinner I had on Friday night was quite good, served with excellent care.

The swimming pool had a stunning view, but it was a bit small. I also enjoyed the spa, where the massage was an absolute treat. Still, the bar's limited menu left something to be desired.

I had an overall pleasant experience at The Setai Tel Aviv, thanks to its stunning location near Jaffa and the beach. The interiors were beautifully designed and well-appointed, although the service varied at times, with some staff providing really good attention while others were less attentive. The dining experience could use improvement, but the breakfast spread was quite impressive and well-presented.
